My journey into counselling and coaching was a deeply personal one. Having experienced the transformative power of both myself, and with a long held desire to work in a caring profession, I made the decision to leave my career in education and retrain as a counsellor and personal development coach. Since entering private practice in 2018, I've had the privilege of working with adults face to face and online, supporting people through some of life's most challenging moments and helping them find their way forward.
